New Chat Interface: Most
of you have already seen the new interface.
This has been tweaked
and should be pretty much ready-to-go.
(graphics by Murfalot) "Reset" option for sys-admin:
This will let an administrator manually reset a "stuck" player to
Available.
New Challenge Timer: This
hidden time is activated when a player issues a challenge.
If a decline or game start event does not occur in approximately 80 seconds, it
will reset the player's status to available.
New Spirits: This release set includes 13 new spirits.
Tourney Mode Message:
When the Windows-style message box popped up telling a player that the
tourney room was not activated, if a player delayed in clicking on that
modal dialog window, it would sometimes interfere with incoming messages
from the server (esp. room and player info messages).
This dialog is gone and the message is instead displayed below the chat window in the
same display panel used to provide connection and challenge information.
(It also confirms now when you have received a tourney rule set from the
server.)
Free Side Room Display:
The "trading" bug is fixed and the practice room now shows as "Practice"
to people in the free chat interface.
Free Side Connect Button: This button is now disabled when it is clicked.
This prevents the
rare but annoying bug that resulted in multiple clicks on this while the
client was busy trying to connect to the server.
Member Menu Tweaks:
Fixed the font inconsistencies in the sequence of member menu screens.
Password Entry: Finally remembered to "mask" the
member-side user password on the login screen.
New Pop Process: The behind the scenes details
don't matter, but the process of issuing a new spirit population will be
significantly quicker - and reduce the bandwidth used in the process.
